Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a Battery Energy Storage System project in the Pilbara. This project will run for approximately 4 months, with potential for continued opportunities on other projects after its completion. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring operations on site run smoothly. We are open to candidates based in any major Australian capital city. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering complex projects across the resources sector. Electrical and Mechanical experience/qualifications will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop logistics plans, transport and delivery of materials for the Project
* Creates, develops and implements improved work processes or systems as appropriate
* Liaises and negotiates with a wide range of suppliers and external service providers in relation to invoicing and delivery
* Organises information into correspondence, minutes, forms or databases
* Ensures compliance with policies and procedures by mentoring and training site‐based plant and equipment representatives
What you'll bring
* Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in Stores and Logistics
* Qualifications in Logistics or related area would be an advantage
* Excellent problem‐solving skills
* Leadership & Team management experience
* Advanced user of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
* Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
