We're hiring a Store Manager to lead our retail team in a dynamic environment.


Job Description

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and customer service excellence while maintaining store presentation standards and operational practices. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Lead, coach, and mentor the retail team to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Maintain store appearance, layout, and visual merchandising to ensure an engaging customer experience.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise presentation to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with the area manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance business performance.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A proven track record of leadership success in a target-driven retail sales environment.
* The ability to energize and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse teams and customers.
* Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and find creative solutions.
* Experience leading through times of change, including product launches and system updates.
