Offer description

We are currently recruiting for two ASO3-level Information Services Officer positions. These roles involve handling sensitive information, supporting administrative processes, and contributing to high-quality service delivery in a government setting.

Role 1: Application Processing

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing reports
* Assess application validity including form completeness, fees, signatures, and required data
* Navigate internal databases to locate and release appropriate information
* Ensure compliance with privacy and information release protocols

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in data control and information release
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* High-level accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data

Role 2: Work Logging & Report Support

Key Responsibilities:

* Triage incoming emails and log them into an Excel register
* Follow records management practices using systems like Content Manager
* Assist in preparing reports using Word templates and manual data entry

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in document preparation and records management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
* Familiarity with Content Manager or similar systems
