About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our production team at our MCC Adelaide site. This is a hands-on role where you will support the finishing and preparation of printed packaging labels before they are shipped to customers.
No previous print industry experience is required - full training will be provided. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, packing or machine operation is helpful but not essential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new equipment and being part of a supportive team environment. You will be working in a clean, safety-focused facility with modern equipment and clear processes.
Your Duties
* Set up and operate print finishing equipment in line with the production schedule.
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
* Pack and transfer finished goods to the dispatch holding area.
* Support printers and the wider manufacturing team as required.
* Follow quality assurance procedures, safe work practices, and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
About You
* Mechanical aptitude (preferred) and willingness to rotate between morning (6am–2pm) and afternoon shifts (2pm–10pm).
* Experience in a manufacturing environment - label or print experience is an advantage but not essential (full training provided).
* Basic computer skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colours accurately.
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
* Comfortable working around moving machinery (no motion sensitivity).
