Your New Role
Drive and manage sales for HV industrial projects across QLD and NSW
Identify and secure new opportunities while nurturing strong Tier 1 client relationships
Oversee and support a small, engaged sales/admin team
Collaborate closely with delivery teams for seamless project handover and client satisfaction
Utilise Simpro for tracking and reporting (experience highly regarded)
Projects include HV installations, shutdowns, upgrades, and specialist industrial electrical services
Who Are You?
Experienced in sales within construction, industrial, or engineering environments
Confident in building rapport and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
Skilled in leading and mentoring a small team
Comfortable in or eager to learn the HV electrical environment
Familiar with Simpro or similar systems
Looking for a role where you can sell a high-quality service backed by genuine delivery capability
Your Rewards
$145k–$155k + $25k car allowance to reflect your experience and value
