Uplyft is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive team to lead all financial and corporate services functions. The CFO takes a whole of organisation approach, contributing to strategy, business effectiveness, sustainability and a resilient future.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO provides strategic and operational leadership across accounting and finance, property, facilities, and information technology, partnering with the Board and Executive to deliver sound governance, strong financial stewardship and long‐term sustainability. This role is pivotal in guiding financial strategy, overseeing major capital and property initiatives, strengthening digital capability and ensuring robust risk management and compliance frameworks.
The successful candidate will be a CA or CPA qualified finance leader with extensive senior experience in a complex funding and regulatory environment. You will bring proven expertise in board‐level reporting, funding and contract management, asset and property lifecycle oversight, and the leadership of contemporary IT and digital transformation initiatives. You are well known for your ability to consult and provide strategic financial advice across the organisation.
