Permanent role, International / Domestic Order Processing, $65,000 + Super, Flexible working, Port Melbourne

This manufacturing organisation has an exciting opportunity for a International / Domestic Order Processing Administrator to join their team in a permanent role in their Port Melbourne Office.
**Your new role**
- Supporting 2 x staff members in the Shipping and Logistics Team (1 x International & 1 x Domestic)
- International and Domestic Shipping experience (essential).I
- Knowledge of relevant International and Domestic Shipping forms and functions (essential).
- Preparing documents for export (e.g. Lodgement of Export permits, EDN's, & PRA's)
- Maintain and update procedure manuals
- To ensure accurate and timely management of customer orders/Shipments
- Coordinate with Freight forwarders & Warehousing
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with stakeholders
- Deal directly with international & domestic distributors & customers by telephone and electronically
- Accounts Receivable -Reconcile & Export a Report of Customer Accounts (Monthly).
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Data Entry experience
- Excel (basic sums & formatting, able to export data for reports).
- Strong Attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong Communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong Customer Service experience (Customer service issues / inquiries / complaints)
- Highly Organised.
- Ability to follow instructions, and strong comprehension skills (can learn quickly)
- Role will expand and will include international accounts (career progression).
- Experience in wine / FMCG is ideal
- Experience with account admin / management would be ideal
- Training on business specific documents will be provided. However experienced working within International and Domestic Shipping / Logistics is required.
- Knowledge of & preparing export shipping documents per country & customer requirements
- Experience with BSM software or other Export software systems highly regarded.
