* Conduct environmental swabbing and sampling
* Generate regular production and management reports
* Maintain documented quality procedures and work instructions for contaminant monitoring and regulatory testing
* Validate and verify Cleaning and Sanitation Programs

Ideally you will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within Quality, Operations, or Lab environments
* Good understanding of dairy or food manufacturing quality systems and QMS processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Holds or is working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. food science) and eager to grow into a quality-focused role
