Camden Child and Family Therapies is a well-established Child and Adolescent Psychology Practice providing both diagnostic assessment and therapy services. Our practice is growing and as such we have an exciting management opportunity within our front desk team.

Our mission at the practice is to provide timely and effective intervention for a range of childhood behavioural, emotional and learning difficulties ( incorporating medicare, private health and NDIS clients). We strive towards establishing resilience for the next generation.

We provide high standard comprehensive psychometric assessment to determine underlying neuropsychological conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Specific Learning Difficulties (e.g. dyslexia).Our practice is continuing to work along-side medical practitioners including Paediatricians and local schools to support increasing demands for assessment and therapy services.

As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient processes, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role involves managing staff, handling administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, marketing, reviewing financial obligations, and fostering positive relationships with clients, employees, and external stakeholders.

Essential

* Knowledge of Medicare and Health Fund structures
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Work, Excel and Outlook
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

* Formal training/qualifications in practice management or administration.
* Knowledge of NDIS Systems
* Prior experience in a similar allied health management or leadership position
* Experience with Practice Management Software such as Zhanda (Power Diary)
* Experience with Xero accounting software
