About the Role
This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong technical capability. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across both new equipment and specialised workshop repair/overhaul services.
What will you do?
* Drive sales growth for pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, EPCs, and end-users.
* Identify new business opportunities and support strategic expansion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
* Take a leadership role in growing the Brisbane operation into a mid-tier service centre.
What will you need?
* Experience with pumps, rotating equipment, or engineered industrial products.
* Strong Queensland market contacts and proven external sales success.
* Industry background in Oil & Gas, Water or Chemical sectors.
* Solid technical knowledge; familiarity with API standards is a plus.
* Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
* Willingness to travel across Queensland.
* Full Australian working rights.
