In this rewarding role, you'll work 8 hour shifts scheduled according to the specific needs of each house, delivering trauma-informed support that helps build resilience, encourages independence, and empowers young people to reach their full potential.

Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect

Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Collaborating on individualised care plans
What You'll Bring:
Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
Relevant qualifications, work or lived experience
Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work full-time, including a mix of before school and after school hours
