We are seeking a permanent part-time marketing assistant or contractor to work on Fridays in a busy medical specialist practice at St Vincent's Clinic in Darlinghurst. The role is in clinic (no work-from-home or hybrid working arrangements available) and is focused on developing content for the practice's website, distributing the content through social media channels, and broader marketing activities. Working hours are either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm every Friday (9 hours per week). The role would suit a science student / graduate with strong IT and marketing skills.
Role & responsibilities
· Searching relevant medical research articles
· Developing content contemporary medical research articles for the practice website
· Maintaining and developing the practice's social media assets and channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
· Distributing content across social media channels
· Marketing communications to referrers and law firms
· Assisting with office admin when the medical secretaries are busy
Qualifications & Experience
· Expertise in scientific or medical disciplines
· Strong IT literacy and skills
· High proficiency in social media marketing
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· A professional, articulate manner and attire
· Up to date vaccinations are essential
