* Providing general support to end-users solving computing problems or triaging issues.
* Supporting software applications telecommunications and data services for the school.
* Maintaining IT infrastructure equipment and facilities.
* Managing user accounts within online learning platforms.
* Providing IT support to a team lead across multiple locations.
Requirements include comfort with Google Suite Apple Mac iOS Microsoft Canvas Jamf Microsoft Windows Server Linux Server Aruba LAN WAN Wireless Networking and Telecommunications. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are also necessary.
