What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in providing essential support across the branch. Our customer base is diverse and includes local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers. The focus of this role is to deliver a friendly, efficient, and memorable customer experience, both in-store and over the phone, while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing general administrative tasks, including stock control and ensuring accurate receival and dispatch of goodsAssisting customers with pricing, product enquiries, and general supportProcessing counter salesSupporting warehouse operations as requiredLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesMaintaining safety processes and a safe working environmentManaging telephone and reception enquiriesMaintaining a welcoming, well-presented, and customer-focused store environmentSupporting the branch on Saturday mornings on a rotating roster
What You'll Bring:
We're keen to hear from candidates who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem solving. You're someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and gets the job done. You'll also have a genuine interest in Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with some knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
