We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
HR Support Officer
to provide administrative and operational support across human resources functions. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience while working closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and processes.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Support HR reporting, data entry, and compliance requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
Requirements
Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative functions.
Experience in HR support, administration, or a related role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
