About the role: Opportunity to develop autonomy and run your own matters with partner support. Work across predominantly back-end dispute matters. Drafting and negotiating contracts, building agreements, and related documentation. Acting for a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, strata bodies, and owners. The ideal candidate: Have at least 2 to 5 years PQE and a solid grounding in construction law and/or litigation. Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills. Client-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building ability. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
