In this role you will:
* Manage an end‑to‑end portfolio of 60–80 properties to start (growing to 180 max)
* Liaise with tenants & landlords
* Handle leasing support alongside field staff
* Manage arrears, lease renewals, entry/exit processes
* Prepare and attend QCAT when required
* Receive full support from Admin, VAs, Field Officers and the Principal
What We’re Looking For:
* QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
* 1–2 years’ experience in Property Management
* Strong common sense and the ability to work autonomously
* Professional, well-presented & strong communicator
* Team player who values a positive, collaborative culture
