About the role
The Dairy Bakehouse is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in our casual role based in Ravensbourne, QLD. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and providing outstanding customer service to our guests.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving freshly brewed coffee and other beverages to customers
* Ensuring all equipment is clean, well-maintained and in good working order
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service
* Following all health and safety regulations
* Assisting with other cafe duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and an ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
