Combine the freedom of working from home with meaningful, F2F local work
Regular internal supervision, monthly MDT workshops, + PD allowance
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Occupational Therapist to make a difference in the lives of clients in Hobart or surrounding regions.
Supported by a highly regarded Occupational Therapy Manager, you will be joining an established multidisciplinary national network with support at your fingertips most hours of the day. If you value flexibility and wellbeing — whether that’s working from home, setting your own hours, or enjoying true autonomy — without compromising on support, salary, or client outcomes, this could be the perfect fit.
We’re a national, practitioner-led organisation made up of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and BSPs who collaborate closely to achieve lasting outcomes. Our culture blends clinical excellence with genuine connection — big enough to offer support and opportunities, but small enough to stay nimble and truly listen.
Backed by a robust, sustainable business model and a lean structure, we’re both financially strong and nimble — well-positioned to thrive in a shifting NDIS landscape. That means you can step into a role with the confidence of long-term stability, while enjoying the agility and responsiveness of a team that truly listens.
