Sharp-Carter is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Brisbane, AU.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related business management discipline and at least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal environment or managing a high-volume desk within a recruitment agency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting graduate and apprentice recruitment campaigns
* Working with a busy People & Culture team and being able to multitask or shift focus and reprioritise tasks as needed by the team
* Continuing and leading project work focused on improving business activities
* Providing trusted advice to senior stakeholders through a consultative and proactive style to ensure the best talent is sourced for internal teams
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Developing effective recruitment strategies
* Building relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
* Identifying and mitigating potential recruitment risks
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related business management discipline
* Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal environment or managing a high-volume desk within a recruitment agency
* Experience working in blue collar recruitment highly regarded
* Ability to multi-task and work at a high volume and fast pace
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence, lead, coach and develop others
