Job Summary

The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the store's assets and preventing financial loss due to theft and fraud. This includes identifying incidents, reviewing security footage and reports, monitoring physical security measures, and driving a culture of shrink elimination.

Main Responsibilities:

* Prevent financial loss through proactive strategies and incident response.
* Review CCTV footage, exception reports, and other relevant data to identify potential risks.
* Collaborate with law enforcement and testify in court as needed.
