Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and financial functions of a leading Plumbing and Gas business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all office administration duties, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including account reconciliation and invoicing
* Schedule jobs and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
* Handle inbox management and general correspondence
* Answer incoming calls and liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
* Create and manage job records
* Oversee an administration and scheduling resource
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Xero accounting software is a must
* Prior experience in administration or scheduling jobs is a great advantage
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience with the Rio Tinto onboarding process is highly regarded, as is Tradify
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
