Rupert on Rupert Pty Ltd is now looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities Organise and control the daily operations of the venue to ensure efficiency and service quality Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times Oversee food and beverage service operations during weddings, private functions, and events Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow during events Manage reservations, event operations, seating arrangements, and overall service coordination Monitor operational costs, including labour and stock usage Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the venue in line with business standards Contribute to improving operational procedures and overall business performance About You At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience with POS systems and staff rostering Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Job Type Permanent / Full-time Salary $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
