Full Time Chef
Our culinary team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled chef to lead our kitchen with passion and creativity. As a key member of the culinary team, you will work closely with colleagues who share a passion for innovative cuisine.
* The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial kitchens across various cuisines and styles, delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences.
To succeed, you must possess excellent leadership skills, have clear communication abilities, and provide outstanding customer service.
* Manage your sections efficiently, ensuring high-quality food throughout service.
* Develop good communication skills (verbal and written), and maintain Food Safety compliance knowledge and practices.
* Work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday (approximately 38 hours per week).
