About the role
We are seeking Electrical Trade Assistants and Labourers to support electrical works on a secure defence site at RAAF Townsville. This is a short-term project with strong potential to extend, offering consistent day shift hours and excellent work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist electricians with commercial electrical works
* Cable pulling, mounting and general trade support
* Manual handling and site labouring tasks
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow site safety and defence protocols
Qualifications / Experience Required
* Unlimited Australian working rights
* Construction Industry Card (White Card)
* DCAC NV1 or Baseline clearance (advantageous)
* Ability to pass site and security requirements
* Reliable with a strong safety focus
What’s on offer
* $40/hr + penalties
* Daily travel allowance
* 8–10 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
