Graphic & Visuals Designer – Remote

About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Visual Designer to help scale our brand identity across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to design explicit, compelling visuals—from presentations and social assets to landing pages and explainers. If you’re creative, reliable, and know how to turn technical concepts into intuitive visuals, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Roll out our new visual brand identity across decks, social posts, landing pages, and more
- Design marketing assets: banners, one-pagers, email visuals, ads, etc.
- Create branded presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint) for internal and external use
- Visualize complex product concepts into clean, understandable graphics
- Use Figma to update templates and manage the design system
- Edit and adapt assets using Photoshop and other tools
- Implement designs in HubSpot, especially for emails and landing pages (basic CSS/HTML knowledge preferred)
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external branding agency
- Maintain design consistency across all channels
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience creating animations, video explainers, or motion graphics
- Experience working with HubSpot CMS (templates, styling)
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for marketing implementation
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in visual or marketing design
- Strong portfolio with examples of branding, marketing, and presentation work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Google Slides, Canva
- Ability to simplify complex ideas through smart design
- Detail-oriented and consistent
- Familiarity with B2B/SaaS design is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
