A Day in the Life
As a Support Worker, you provide essential care, helping clients with daily living skills, attending appointments, enjoying social activities, and completing documentation. Availability across a 24/7 roster is highly regarded.
What You Need
We value experience, but it is not a requirement. We particularly encourage applications from people with lived experience and those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
Essential Requirements:
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
* Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
(Advantageous, not essential): A Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or relevant experience.
