Band 5 community nurse posts. Shift pattern: Sunday - Monday 1900 - 0700. 33 hours per week; 24 hour cover may be required. Applications are invited for the above post based in Peterhead. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Out of Hour's (OOH) community nursing service covering Aberdeenshire and Moray. The post would suit someone who is an enthusiastic team player and enjoys the challenge of a diverse and stimulating practice. The post holder will function as an autonomous practitioner, often visiting patients without direct supervision, but always with the support of the wider OOH team. Applicants must be committed to working with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a high standard of evidence‐based care to patients, their relatives and carers in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, national and local policies and guidelines.
