You'll be scaling customer acquisition for food delivery consumers on Providoor.com, driving B2B SaaS growth for childcarecentredesktop.com.au, and everything in between. Every campaign you run needs to pay for itself and then some.
What You'll Do
* Own customer acquisition across multiple portfolio companies
* Master Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to drive profitable growth at scale
* Switch seamlessly between B2B lead generation and B2C customer acquisition
* Optimise for ROAS and LTV - not vanity metrics that don't pay the bills
* Test, iterate, and scale winning creative and targeting strategies
* Manage significant ad budgets with full P&L accountability
* Collaborate directly with founders on growth strategy and execution
* Build attribution models that actually track customer journey reality

* Platform expert across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok advertising
* ROI-obsessed - you understand unit economics and optimize for profit, not impressions
* Data-driven decision maker - you live in analytics and let numbers guide strategy
* Creative strategist - you know great creative drives performance, especially on TikTok
* Autonomous operator - you thrive with big budgets and bigger accountability
* Industry agnostic - you get energised switching between different customer types
* Scale-focused - you know how to take winning campaigns from $1K to $100K+ spend
Essential Experience
* 3+ years performance marketing with proven profitable customer acquisition
* Expert-level Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
* Advanced Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram
* TikTok Ads proficiency - you understand what makes content convert on this platform
* B2B and B2C experience - different funnels, different strategies
* Budget management of $50K+ monthly ad spend
* Attribution and analytics expertise (GA4, platform pixels, etc.)
