About the Role:
Canberra Hospital is a tertiary teaching hospital providing trauma services and most major medical and surgical sub-specialty services. The Senior Director Office is a key position within the General Manager’s leadership team.
The Senior Director in the Office of the General Manager is a leadership role that provides strategic and operational support to the General Manager of Canberra Hospital. This role is pivotal to drive coordination, performance improvement and organisational alignment across services.
The Senior Director works closely with executive, senior clinical and operational leaders to ensure efficient service delivery, governance and alignment with Canberra Health Services objectives. This position leads and managers staff within the Office of the General Manager and Office of Professional Leadership.
