Responsibilities:
* Perform residential HVAC system installations with precision, professionalism, and a focus on safety
* Remove old systems and install new ones, following installation checklists and HVAC codes
* Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork
* Train and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projects
* Keep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trust
* Maintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sites
* Manage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiency
* Promote the company's brand and uphold its standards
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
* Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience leading or mentoring junior HVAC technicians
* Familiarity with software related to HVAC installation
