General Manager – Portfolio Operations A leading national accommodation and property group is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee a prominent multi-site residential portfolio in Perth. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business with an established footprint across Australia and New Zealand, known for delivering exceptional resident experiences and strong commercial performance. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full accountability for the strategic, operational and financial success of a high-profile portfolio. You will lead multi-site teams, drive revenue and occupancy outcomes, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and ensure best-in-class service delivery across all assets. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations and overall performance across multiple properties Drive financial outcomes through budgeting, forecasting and commercial strategy Maximise occupancy and revenue through leasing, marketing and rate management initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and partners Lead, coach and develop high-performing site teams Ensure compliance, presentation standards and operational excellence across the portfolio Foster a positive culture focused on customer experience and continuous improvement About You: Proven senior leadership experience within student accommodation, hotels, residential living or a related service-led property environment Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L performance Demonstrated success leading multi-site teams and operations Highly skilled stakeholder manager, able to build trust and influence at all levels Passion for service delivery, people leadership and operational excellence Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) advantageous Why Apply?
