Belt Splicer – Mackay (Relocation Support Available)
NEPEAN Belting is seeking experienced Belt Splicers to join our Mackay team. This is a hands-on, site-based role—we will support relocation for the right candidate, but FIFO is not available. Underground coal experience is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
* Perform conveyor belt splicing and maintenance across mining operations
* Work on 12-hour shifts (rosters available)
* Complete overtime in town at competitive rates
* Maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance
Who We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Belt Splicers (or Supervisors with relevant experience)
* Underground coal experience preferred
* Safety-conscious, team player with attention to detail
* Ability to lead from the front when required
Rates of Pay:
* Market leading rates
* OT available
