We're looking for an Operations Manager – Infrastructure to join our team.
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Salary: AUD 129,311-142,018 Annual Gross
Flexible working arrangements: Hybrid, reviewed case-by-case basis.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery covering Cloud, Hosting and Network capabilities
* Experience in managing large scale programs upwards of 100+ people in a global delivery model
* Delivery accountability and leadership for the overall CIS Portfolio; liaison with customer senior leadership including CXO levels
* Strong background in ITIL Framework with effective RCA skills across the Infra Portfolio
* Coordinate with clients on overall portfolio project performance, metrics, and customer relationship management with strong communication skills
* Conduct program reviews with stakeholders to identify and manage issues & risks; ensure smooth delivery and resolve escalated project issues
* Review program scope against client acceptance criteria at the program level
* Manage multi-vendor engagement and collaborate with third‐party and internal teams, protecting the interests of all parties
* Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations; implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems
* Plan processes and procedures for overall delivery governance
* Understand Managed Service Contracts, plan deliverables, and oversee overall execution
* Track SLA and KPI deliverables, collect artefacts, and maintain control
* Align resource utilization with program delivery guidelines
* Lead the team, develop and report to Infosys account team on time
* Reward and recognition of team members
* Team development, training, learning, certifications
* Operational and strategic leadership across infrastructure services
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
* Windows Certification preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail; outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
