**The Role**
This role's primary responsibility is to provide direct supervision of Consultants in executing
governance, risk, assurance or internal audit project work plans. Other duties include:
- Direct client facing engagement responsibilities.
- Serve as a role model and trainer.
- Provide excellent client service and assist team members in developing technical and professional competency.
- Identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Prior project management and supervisory skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics.
- Solid knowledge of process reengineering and methodologies, including flowcharting.
- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
