OverviewOne of Sydney's trusted construction and project management specialists are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join their close-knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a respected company that values reliability, innovation, and teamwork.
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be the go-to person for office operations, systems, software management, and team coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day administrative and office functionsSchedule and manage monthly staff meetings and internal trainingAdminister and maintain all WH&S; and project documentationProcess invoices, accounts payable/receivable with the accounts teamOversee timesheets, payroll submissions, and HR recordsEnsure company licenses, insurances, and certifications are currentOnboard new employees and support HR functionsSchedule training, certification renewals, and safety meetingsCoordinate defects management and liaise with Strata & Facilities ManagersManage and update the company website and social media platformsAbout youMinimum 5 years' experience in office management, prior experience in the construction industry preferredProficient in Office 365, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and general IT systemsFamiliarity with construction software platforms such as: Cheops, Commnia, Buildsoft, Cubit, and BlueBeamStrong organisational, multitasking, and communication skillsA proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independentlyHow to applyApply now to take the next step in your career as an Office Manager and join a business that's ambitious, rapid-moving, and here to make an impact!
