The opportunity
The City of Mandurah Recreation Centre has exciting opportunities for highly organized and enthusiastic individuals to undertake the role of Café Attendant on a casual basis. You will need a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, dedication to providing excellent customer service, together with a positive and methodical work ethic.
You must be capable of working within a team of dedicated staff and due to the Centre being open 7 days a week, be available to work hours which may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive (including early morning, day & evening work).
Responsibilities
You will be involved in all duties associated with the Café environment, in particular you will be responsible for:
Food and beverage service
Cashiering
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role in high paced food industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated numeracy, cash handling and cashiering skills
Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
