About the role
East Coast design and construction is seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our team in Ettalong Beach, NSW. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients, contributing to the successful delivery of our construction and design projects.
What you'll be doing
* Carrying out a wide range of plumbing installation, maintenance and repair tasks, including pipework, fixtures, and appliances
* Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues, providing prompt and reliable service to clients
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure work is compliant with relevant standards and regulations
* Advising clients on the most appropriate plumbing solutions to meet their needs
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our plumbing services and processes
What we're looking for
* Formal plumbing qualification and current licensing to work as a Plumber in New South Wales
* Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services is required
* Current Plumber Licence is essential
* Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Minimum 3 years' practical experience as a Plumber, ideally within the construction industry
* Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and methods
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
* Commitment to safety and quality standards
