We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Time Sous Chef to join the PLG team at Stoney's in Bacchus Marsh.
You'll oversee daily operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food quality.

Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in managing and training the kitchen team.
Implement and manage Food Safety Plans.
Prepare and cook menu items according to standards.
Assist in menu development with the Head Chef.
Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ensure food safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Food Handlers Certificate
Experience in a pub/bistro environment
Hands-on experience in all kitchen areas
Ability to follow and give directions
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
