Personal Care Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our care team at our Dubbo Village.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing personal care services, including showering, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals, and making beds. You will also be responsible for providing basic clinical care, such as wound dressings, assisting with medication delivery, and recording basic clinical observations.
You will work closely with the Care Manager to achieve the best possible person-centred care for our residents.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have previous experience working in an aged care environment. A Certificate III in Aged Care and a current First Aid Certificate are essential requirements for this role.
