Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals that make a real impact? We're growing fast—and we're looking for Business Development Managers to help us expand our reach across Australia and New Zealand.


About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities in your region. You'll target mid to large-sized organisations, promoting our workplace skin check programs as a valuable employee health benefit.
Your focus will be on new business development—generating leads, pitching, quoting, and closing deals—while working closely with our account management and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


What you'll do

* Drive new business sales in your region
* Build a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and events
* Deliver tailored sales presentations to HR, WHS, and executive stakeholders
* Negotiate and close deals that align with our growth targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and program delivery
* Represent MoleMap at industry events and conferences
* Have 2+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven record in new business
* Have experience selling into HR, WHS, or corporate wellness (ideal, not essential)
* Are confident pitching to senior decision-makers and closing complex deals
* Are a self-starter who's comfortable working independently
* Are passionate about purpose-driven work and improving people's health

You'll thrive in this role if you:

* Have 2+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven record in new business.
