An prospect is now available for an experienced HR Advisor to provide day to day operational support to a highly reputable WA organisation. Responsibilities will include facilitating the implementation of HR procedures and practices through line managers, including recruitment, selection and onboarding and providing assistance and advice when required.
**The role includes but is not limited to**:
- Implementing and enforcing performance management systems 
- Liaising with line managers on people related issues 
- Collection and Maintenance of employee records 
- Case management 
- Workers compensation 
- Employee Relations 
- Liaison with internal department managers
**To** **be successful in this role you will possess**:
- Strong practical HR experience 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Strong problem solving skills and common sense 
- Ability to work independently
