Our client is seeking an experienced Citrix/System Engineer to support and manage enterprise virtual desktop environments. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in cloud platforms, Citrix technologies, and virtualised infrastructure.
Key Requirements
* Strong knowledge of cloud hosting platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform, particularly in relation to Desktop‐as‐a‐Service (DaaS) environments.
* Proven experience managing and supporting Citrix DaaS workloads in enterprise environments.
* Hands‐on experience with Active Directory, operating system technologies, and Group Policy Management.
* Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools for Citrix environments, including Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics, and Citrix Control Plane monitoring.
* Experience with VMware vCenter virtualisation technologies.
* Knowledge of application layering and application packaging in virtual desktop environments.
* Experience working in virtualised infrastructure environments, including server provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using industry‐standard management tools.
* Solid understanding of hybrid cloud architectures supporting Citrix DaaS deployments.
* Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‐solving skills in complex technical environments.
