We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Port Hedland. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed, great customer service skills, and a current high-risk forklift license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Picking and packing customer orders with precision and efficiency
* Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
* Operating machinery (overhead crane, forklift, processing machine) with expertise
* Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication
* Ensuring all tasks are carried out with the highest level of safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A current high-risk forklift license
* Proven forklift operating experience
* A strong commitment to safety and risk management
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs
* Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software
* Overhead crane experience is highly desirable
