Remuneration: $83,424 – $95,825 pa HEW 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

Role Summary

The Faculty of Arts is looking for an organised and proactive School Administrative Officer to support the smooth and effective operation of the School and its Centres. In this role, you will coordinate resources, manage space and events, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to the Faculty's strategic goals and the overall success of its programs and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

You will deliver a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

* Managing processes, responding to queries, and providing advice on policy and procedures
* Arranging school events, overseeing space and resource management, and supporting project administration
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with privacy and safety requirements; supporting the School's risk management and operational objectives


Qualifications and Skills

* Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and deliver accurate outcomes under deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* A commitment to excellence in service delivery
