About the Position.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's focus on progressing their staff you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career.
Duties.
* Progress claims, variations, RFI's
* Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Review and negotiate subcontract terms
* Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports
Skills & Experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Building related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essential
* Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
* Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer/Project Coordinator role within the construction industry
