About the Role
As the Survey Manager, you will lead and coordinate all survey activities across multiple project sites, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing survey teams and coordinating daily workflow
* Overseeing engineering and construction set‑out programmes
* Reviewing and validating detail, feature and topographic surveys
* Managing as‑built survey processes and reporting
* Providing technical expertise across renewable energy, rail and civil projects
* Ensuring proper use of GNSS, total stations and other modern surveying instruments
* Maintaining survey accuracy, quality assurance and safety standards
* Liaising with clients, project managers and engineering teams
About You
We are looking for a motivated leader with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
You Will Ideally Have
* Experience in a senior surveying role or as a Survey Manager (5+ years preferred, but strong candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)
* High proficiency with modern surveying instruments and software (12d, Civil3D, Trimble or Leica desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
* Ability to lead a team while also working independently when required
* Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
* A current driver's licence
