Your Role:
As our Part time Customer Experience Sales Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters, providing a first-class customer experience that reflects the premium lifestyle we offer.
This role covers 4 days a week working weekends; Friday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
In this role, you will:
* Create unforgettable first impressions by warmly greeting and engaging with clients, visitors, and homeowners.
* Maintain and showcase our luxury display homes, ensuring they're immaculate and presentation-ready.
* Deliver high-level customer service by providing accurate, detailed information about our homes, amenities, and community.
* Guide prospective buyers through their journey to homeownership, creating an exceptional and personalised experience.
* Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive sales events.
* Use your organisational and administrative skills to manage client documentation, CRM systems, and communications efficiently and professionally.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a professional who radiates confidence, thrives in a luxury-focused environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
To excel in this role, you will:
* Have at least three years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
* Be highly organised and skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service levels.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effortlessly building rapport and fostering strong client relationships.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Be flexible with your working hours to meet client and team needs.
* Exhibit a positive attitude and a genuine passion for enhancing the customer experience in a high-end environment.
