About us
Gladstone Hospital is a 70-bed hospital and offers a range of general and specialist inpatient and outpatient services including emergency, general medicine and surgery, basic orthopaedic, clinical investigation, obstetrics, maternity, gynaecology, high dependency and coronary care, palliative care, medical imaging, pathology and paediatrics.
About the role
Provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to the Clinical Directors of the Medical Services Unit based at Gladstone Hospital. This position operates with a degree of independence in performing duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of multidisciplinary teams. As the Clinical Director Support Officer, you will be situated in one of the clinical directorates within the Medical Services Unit.
About you
* While there are no mandatory qualifications required for this position, previous experience of medical terminology, HR and/or rostering would be highly desirable.
* Previous experience working in a dynamic fast-paced changing health care environment and under pressure is desirable.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $97,656 is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
