Enterprise Account Executive
We are seeking a sales professional to drive growth in Australia. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with executive-level decision makers to devise solutions to their toughest problems.
The role involves:
* Originating opportunities and closing deals
* Building durable relationships with clients
* Consulting with C-level executives
* Collaborating with the commercial team
* Offering thought leadership and mentoring junior team members
You will be responsible for:
* Managing multiple complex deals across multiple clients and stages
* Using data to inform your decisions and optimize your time
* Maintaining high-impact communication with executive-level stakeholders
* Demonstrating a relentless service orientation and forming trusted-advisor relationships
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 5 years of experience in consultative sales
* Experience selling 'people as a product'
* A strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
* An undergraduate degree or equivalent
* Licence to work in Australia
